Precautions for device startup:

1. The Zhongcao crusher should be installed in a relatively flat and convenient place for use.

2. Before starting work, the materials to be processed should be carefully selected, and no hard substances such as metal or stones should be mixed into the machine to avoid damaging the internal parts or causing malfunctions.

3. Before starting up, check whether each component is firm and reliable. Everything is normal before it can work.

4. Connect the power supply, idle for 1-2 minutes, check if the operation is normal, and only after everything is normal, can the material be fed. When the equipment is working, the operator cannot leave. Once abnormal sound occurs, the power should be immediately disconnected. When processing raw materials, the discharge port should be securely fastened with a longer cloth pocket.

5. Do not use the Zhongcao crusher when the power supply voltage is too low to avoid damaging the motor. When used with normal power supply voltage, the machine is not easily damaged and has high production efficiency. During the trial operation, the aircraft experienced severe vibrations, and the reasons and solutions are as follows:

① The hammer device is incorrect during maintenance and disassembly. When using the hammer blade with a face change and a U-turn, in order to avoid balancing the rotor components, all the hammer blades in the Zhongcao crusher must be face changed and U-turn together, otherwise intense vibration will occur during operation;

② The difference in weight between the two sets of hammer pieces exceeds 5 grams. The method of cleaning is to adjust the weight of the hammer piece so that the difference between the corresponding two components is less than 5 grams;

③ Generally, the hammer is stuck too tightly and does not shake off during operation. After stopping the machine, rotate it by hand to observe and find a way to make the hammer rotate sensitively;

④ The components of other parts on the rotor are unevenly distributed. At this point, it is necessary to carefully identify and verify the balance of regulation;

⑤ The spindle is bent and deformed. The method of handling is straightening or changing;

⑥ The bearing clearance is damaged. Usually, problems are solved by replacing the bearings with new ones;

⑦ The bottom corner fixing nut is not securely fastened or loose during operation. The method of handling is fastening.
