Food workshops can effectively reduce the risk of microbial contamination and meet regulatory requirements such as GMP and food safety laws. Botai editors will guide you through relevant knowledge.
1、 Purification level standard
1. Grade 100 (ISO 5): Used for high-risk operations.
2. Grade 10000 (ISO 7): Used for storage of packaging materials in direct contact.
3. 100000 level (ISO 8 level): suitable for processes with lower importance.
4. Million level (ISO 9 level): Used for general cleaning areas.
2、 Air purification system
1. Auxiliary disinfection: UV sterilization lamps are used to inactivate air and surface microorganisms.
2. Multi stage filtration: a combination of primary, medium, and high-efficiency filters, with a purification efficiency of 99.97%.
3. Positive pressure environment: Maintain a pressure difference between clean and non clean areas to prevent the invasion of pollutants.
3、 Environmental parameter control
1. Temperature and humidity: The temperature is usually controlled at 20-26 ℃, and the humidity is 30-70%.
2. Pressure difference: The pressure difference between adjacent clean areas is ≥ 5Pa, and the pressure difference between clean and non clean areas is ≥ 10Pa.
4、 Workshop design and material selection
1. Layout principle: Unidirectional flow design, irreversible personnel and material paths; Clear functional zoning, setting up buffer rooms or air locks to isolate pollution.
2. Building materials: The walls are made of stainless steel or seamless epoxy resin coating, and the floors are made of wear-resistant epoxy self leveling or PVC rolls. The doors and windows are sealed and equipped with automatic closing devices.
5、 Monitoring and maintenance
1. Real time monitoring: Install particle counters, microbiological detectors, and other equipment to continuously track cleanliness and microbiological indicators.
2. Regular maintenance: filter replacement, equipment performance testing, cleaning and disinfection record archiving to ensure the continuous and compliant operation of the system.
