Working principle of portable ozone generator:
This product uses glass tube discharge as the main component of the ozone generator. It is driven by a high-frequency and high-voltage power supply to perform corona discharge, forming low-temperature plasma, which reacts oxygen along the surface of the discharge tube to generate ozone gas.
When the machine is powered on and running, the oxygen entering at the oxygen inlet on the left side of the machine generates ozone through the ozone tube and outputs ozone gas from the exhaust outlet on the left side.
Application scope of portable ozone generator:
1. Sterilization and disinfection
Under rated ozone concentration conditions, it undergoes biochemical oxidation reactions with microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses, thereby disrupting bacterial metabolism and reproduction processes, causing death, and achieving disinfection effects.
2. Food preservation
Due to the strong oxidizing properties of ozone, it can not only drive away and kill microorganisms on the surface of food, achieving anti mold and anti-corrosion effects, but also effectively decompose metabolites in fruits and vegetables, slow down the metabolic rate during storage, and extend their shelf life.
3. Pesticide degradation
Ozone can quickly undergo degradation reactions with organic toxins (such as organophosphate pesticides), producing reaction products of carbon dioxide and water. Therefore, it is possible to quickly remove harmful substances such as residual pesticides and fertilizers attached to the surface of fruits and vegetables.
