1、 Preparation work
Before carrying out ozone sterilization operations, the following preparations need to be made:
1. Check the operating status of ozone sterilization equipment: Ensure that the equipment is functioning properly and has the required ozone concentration and flow rate for sterilization.
2. Inspect sterilized items: Confirm whether the items to be sterilized meet the requirements of ozone sterilization, including material, shape, and cleanliness.
3. Prepare the fire mushroom room: Keep the room clean and ventilated, and ensure that the indoor temperature and humidity meet the requirements.
2、 Operation steps
Perform ozone sterilization operation according to the following steps:
1. Place the items to be sterilized correctly in the sterilizer: Select the appropriate sterilizer based on factors such as size, shape, and material of the items, and place them correctly in the instrument basket or bag to avoid overlapping or stacking of items.
2. Close the sterilizer door and connect the sterilizer properly: Ensure that the sterilizer door is well sealed and firmly connect the ozone gas source to the sterilizer.
3. Adjust ozone concentration and flow rate: According to the instructions for using the sterilizer, set the ozone concentration and flow rate to achieve the required standards for sterilization.
4. Start sterilization process: Press the start button to initiate the sterilization process, at which point ozone begins to be generated and enters the sterilization chamber.
5. Control sterilization time: Based on the size of the sterilization room and the characteristics of the items to be sterilized, set an appropriate sterilization time to ensure that the sterilization effect meets the standard.
6. Waiting for sterilization to end: During the sterilization process, operators should stay in the operating room and closely monitor the operation status of the sterilization device to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the operation.
7. After sterilization, the operator should wait for the complete degradation or discharge of ozone inside the sterilizer before opening the sterilizer door. Be careful not to directly touch the items inside the sterilizer when opening the door to avoid burns. After removing sterilized items, necessary records and labeling should be made, and the items should be sent to the next process or stored in the designated location.
