The working principle of a two-dimensional motion mixer is to achieve sufficient mixing of materials through two independent motion modes - rotation and oscillation. Specifically, the mixing cylinder rotates around its axis of symmetry while also swinging around a horizontal axis that is symmetrically orthogonal to it. This type of motion allows the material to undergo both diffusion mixing and convection mixing within the mixing cylinder (swinging forces the material to move axially, resulting in convection mixing), greatly improving the efficiency and accuracy of mixing. This machine is widely used for high uniformity mixing of powdered and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy, national defense industries, and various scientific research units.
Equipment installation precautions for two-dimensional motion mixer:
1. This machine adopts the whole machine in place and does not require the installation of feet or bolts, but the installation ground needs to be flat (unevenness ≤ 3/1000). After the equipment is in place, the gap between the bottom perimeter and the ground should be eliminated.
2. Refer to the electrical schematic diagram for the wiring of the power supply
3. When the power is turned on for no-load testing, pay attention to whether the rotation of the main shaft matches the direction of the arrow. If it does not match, it can be adjusted by changing the phase of the power supply.
4. During no-load testing, if there is any shaking of the frame, a 10-16mm rubber shock-absorbing pad can be added at the bottom to solve the problem.
5. If the discharge height does not meet the user's process requirements, the user can make a raised foundation at the bottom as needed, but the frame needs to be fixed with bolts.
6. After installation, before operation, a 10 minute no-load test run should be conducted before formal operation.
