The precautions for using the float mixer should be combined with the equipment characteristics and safety regulations, as follows:
1. Installation and pre startup inspection
Ensure that the float is securely fixed, the four legs are firmly supported, and the bottom is padded to prevent displacement or overturning during operation.
Check whether the steel wire rope, brake band, bolts and other components are intact, whether the air run test is normal, and confirm the reliability of the grounding wire.
2. Operational safety regulations
Overloading operation is strictly prohibited, and the material capacity shall not exceed 110% of the rated value, and feeding shall be carried out after the discharge is completed.
During operation, it is prohibited to insert hands or tools into the mixing area. When cleaning, the power must be cut off and a warning sign must be hung. A dedicated person must be present outside the tank for supervision.
If abnormal vibration, abnormal noise or high motor temperature is found, the machine should be stopped immediately for maintenance.
3. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regularly check the tightness of the V-belt (pressing 10-15mm is recommended), bearing lubrication, and sealing system to avoid running out of oil.
After shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the residual materials inside the cylinder to prevent clumping and affect the next use. When flushing, pay attention to protecting electrical components.
4. Special environmental precautions
The floating design requires regular inspection of the sealing of the floating body to prevent damage to the motor caused by water ingress.
When working in liquids containing chemicals, operators must wear protective equipment such as helmets and gloves.
5. Fault handling
When there is a sudden power outage, the material should be manually discharged by shaking the handle, and the power should be restored before restarting.
Non professionals are strictly prohibited from disassembling or welding equipment components without authorization, and must be handled by technical personnel recommended by the manufacturer.
The above measures can ensure the safe and efficient operation of the float mixer and extend the service life of the equipment.
