1、 Daily inspection points
1. Appearance and structural inspection: Check the body for cracks, deformations, or bumps before starting up daily to ensure that the protective cover is intact and the connecting bolts (such as bearing covers and motor bases) are tightened without looseness.
2. Electrical system inspection: Check whether the power cord is damaged or aged, whether the control panel buttons are sensitive, and whether the motor temperature is normal (to avoid overheating).
3. Transmission component inspection: Observe the tension and wear of the belt/chain, whether the coupling connection is firm, and whether there is any abnormal noise.
4. Lubrication system inspection: Confirm that the lubricating oil level is sufficient, there are no impurities, and the oil pipes are not blocked or leaking.

Gap adjustment: Check the gap between the blade and the cylinder wall. If it is too large, it needs to be adjusted to avoid residual material accumulation affecting efficiency.
2. Lubrication system maintenance
Regularly replace the lubricating oil according to the instructions (usually every 3000 hours or 6 months), clean the lubrication system and add new oil, paying attention to the appropriate oil level.
