High speed centrifugal spray dryer is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgical, environmental protection and other industries to transform liquid materials into solid particles. It has the advantages of large production capacity, uniform particle size, stable product quality, and high degree of automation, and has therefore been widely applied and developed.
The high-speed centrifugal spray dryer mainly uses centrifugal force to disperse liquid materials into the high-temperature air inside the drying chamber to form tiny liquid droplets. Through the high-temperature hot air in the drying chamber, water evaporation is realized to form solid particles. The linkage control between the spray system and the drying system can control the shape, size, density and other physical properties of the product particles.

The process flow of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer generally includes the following stages:
1. Feed material
Add the liquid materials to be treated into the feed chute and pump them into the high-speed centrifugal spray dryer.
2. Spray
In the case of high-speed rotation of the centrifugal disk, the nozzle sprays liquid material into the relatively stationary high-temperature air flow in the drying chamber to form tiny droplets.
3. Dry
Small droplets quickly evaporate upon contact with air, forming solid particles that are efficiently dried by circulating hot air through a fan in the drying chamber.
4. Collect
The dried powder is collected in a collection box and shaken off onto the conveyor belt below for packaging.
5. Emissions
Discharge moisture and exhaust gas through the exhaust system to improve the quality of the production environment.
