The structural components of an efficient boiling dryer

Efficient boiling dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment. It uses a high-speed rotating spray to spray liquid materials into droplets, which are strongly mixed with high temperature gas in the drying chamber to rapidly evaporate the liquid and form small spherical or porous particle solids.
The high-efficiency boiling dryer mainly consists of a dryer and a collector. The dryer is composed of gas inlet, spray, drying chamber, disperser, gas outlet, dust collector, etc. The spray is used to atomize the liquid stock into droplets with a diameter of 20-200 microns through the nozzle, enter the drying chamber, and mix strongly with the high-speed gas, so that the droplets can quickly evaporate into spherical or porous particle solids in a few seconds.
The working principle of the high-efficiency boiling dryer mainly includes the following parts:
1. Gas inlet: the equipment conveys the materials to be dried into the equipment through the air flow inlet, and forms droplets through the rotary sprayer spray;
2. Spray: spray spray liquid materials into droplets;
3. Drying chamber: Liquid droplets are mixed with high-speed flowing gas and enter the drying chamber. The gas is heated to the desired temperature (usually above 100 ℃) by a heater;
4. Dispersant: The disperser in the drying chamber evenly distributes the droplets in the drying chamber to achieve uniform drying;
5. Gas outlet: The equipment transports the dried material out of the equipment through the gas flow outlet and into the collector;
6. Dust collector: The equipment uses a dust collector to discharge other harmful gases in non solid form through a filtering device, achieving the standard of efficient boiling dryer recycling.
