The maintenance of the trolley electric oven should be combined with daily cleaning, system inspection, and regular professional maintenance. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Cleaning and maintenance
After each use, use a soft cloth to wipe the inner cavity and surface of the box to avoid corrosive cleaning agents damaging the stainless steel material.
Regularly clean the dust accumulation in the ventilation opening and keep the air duct unobstructed (it is recommended to check weekly).
2. Electrical system inspection
Check if the power cord and plug are aging, if the temperature controller displays accurately, and if there are any abnormalities, calibrate or replace them.
When there is a sudden power outage, the heating switch should be turned off to prevent automatic startup when power is restored.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Heating system
Check whether the heating tube is deformed or short circuited every month, and clean the surface dust (power off operation).
After high-temperature use, it is necessary to naturally dissipate heat to below 60 ℃ before opening the door to avoid damage to components caused by sudden cooling.
2. Wind circulation system
Check if the fan is running smoothly, abnormal noise may indicate bearing wear (requiring shutdown for maintenance).
Clean the dust accumulation on the fan impeller every quarter to ensure even circulation of hot air.
3、 Regular professional maintenance
1. Sealing test
The aging of door seals can cause heat leakage, and A4 paper can be used to test the sealing performance (there should be resistance when pulling).
When replacing the sealing strip, high-temperature resistant materials (such as silicone) should be selected.
2. Security function verification
Overtemperature protection test: After setting the temperature, intentionally raise it by 20 ℃ to confirm that the automatic power-off function is normal.
Grounding resistance detection (standard ≤ 0.1 Ω) to prevent leakage risk.
4、 Long term disuse maintenance
1. After thoroughly cleaning the inner cavity, turn off the power and store it in a dry and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight.
2. Power on and run for 1 hour every month to prevent electronic components from getting damp.
