The operation steps of high-speed centrifugal spray dryer can be divided into the following stages, and the equipment specifications and safety requirements shall be strictly followed:
1、 Preparation before startup
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm the lubrication status of the atomizer, the airtightness of the pipeline, and the normal operation of the heating system, and check whether the rotation direction of the centrifugal fan is correct.
Verify the sealing of the drying room door and observation window to prevent cold air from entering.
2. Material and parameter settings
Filter liquid materials until there are no impurities, and set the inlet temperature (usually 30 ℃ -300 ℃), atomizer speed, and feed rate according to the characteristics of the materials.
2、 Preheating and start-up
1. Heating system operation
Start the induced draft fan first, then turn on the electric heater to preheat to the set temperature (such as 180 ℃ -220 ℃), which takes about 10-30 minutes.
2. Atomizer activation
After the temperature stabilizes, start the centrifugal nozzle and gradually increase it to the target speed, then turn on the feed pump. The initial feed amount needs to be adjusted from small to large to avoid wall sticking.
3、 Drying process monitoring
Real time observation of exhaust temperature stability and atomization effect, adjustment of feed rate to maintain drying efficiency, and attention to preventing material adhesion to the wall surface.
4、 Shutdown and Cleaning
1. Shutdown process
Turn off the feed pump, stop the atomizer, and cut off the heating system after the drying chamber is emptied.
2. Equipment maintenance
Clean the collector and nozzle, check the wear of the seals, and replace the lubricating oil if necessary.
Safety reminder: Wear protective equipment during operation to avoid high temperature contact; Immediately shut down for maintenance in case of abnormal vibration or response.
