1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
(1) Check the appearance integrity of the oven and confirm that the power cord, temperature control instrument, and heating element are not damaged.
(2) Ensure that the trolley track is free of debris, smoothly pushed and pulled, and the door seal is intact.
2. Material placement
(1) Spread the materials to be dried evenly on the material rack of the trolley, avoiding stacking or blocking the heat dissipation channel.
(2) When containing volatile or flammable substances, special containers should be used for sealing.
2、 Operation steps
1. Start the device
(1) Close the box door to ensure sealing.
(2) Connect the power, turn on the main power switch, and activate the temperature control system.
2. Parameter settings
(1) Set the target temperature (such as 50~250 ℃) through the temperature control instrument, and select the heating mode (full power/half power) based on the material characteristics.
(2) Set the timer running time (if automatic shutdown is required).
3. Heating operation
(1) Turn on the heating switch and observe the temperature rise to the set value.
(2) During the constant temperature stage, the temperature control instrument indicator light will flash alternately to maintain stability (which is a normal phenomenon).
4. Process monitoring
(1) Regularly record temperature changes to ensure that fluctuations are within the allowable range (such as ± 2 ℃).
(2) Immediately cut off the power for troubleshooting in case of abnormal situations (odor, abnormal noise, temperature loss).
5. End operation
(1) After reaching the set time, turn off the heating switch and cut off the power supply.
(2) Wait for the temperature inside the box to drop to a safe range (such as below 60 ℃), slowly open the box door, and pull out the trolley to remove the material.
3、 Safety and maintenance precautions
1. Safety regulations
(1) It is strictly prohibited to bake flammable, explosive, and corrosive substances.
(2) Do not open the door or touch the heating area during operation to prevent burns.
2. Equipment maintenance
(1) Clean the trolley and any residue inside the box after each use, and keep the air duct unobstructed.
(2) Regularly inspect heating elements, sensors, and electrical circuits to avoid aging and potential malfunctions.
4、 Key operational points:
1. The temperature setting needs to be phased to avoid overshoot (if the target is 60 ℃, it can be set to 50 ℃ first and then adjusted).
2. The uniformity of material distribution directly affects the drying efficiency.
3. After power outage, sufficient cooling is required before material retrieval to prevent thermal stress damage to equipment or materials.
The above process, combined with the operation logic and safety regulations of a general electric oven, is applicable to conventional trolley models. Please refer to the equipment manual for specific operations.
