Electric heating mixing tank (electric heating mixing kettle) is a common chemical equipment widely used in the fields of medicine, food, chemical engineering, etc. It is mainly used for heating, mixing, stirring, reaction and other operations.
Electric heating mixing tank generally consists of a tank body, steam jacket, mixing device, electric heater: temperature, controller, inlet and outlet, etc.
1. Tank body: The tank body is usually made of stainless steel, which has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, and no pollution.
2. Steam jacket: The steam jacket is located on the outer layer of the tank and is used for the circulation of heating medium. Usually, steam or hot water is used as the medium to heat the medium in the jacket and then conduct the heat to the inside of the tank.
3. Mixing device: The mixing device is used for mixing and stirring reactants, usually composed of a motor, a stirring blade, and bearings.
4. Electric heater: Electric heaters are usually installed at the bottom of the tank to convert electrical energy into thermal energy and heat the materials inside the tank.
5. Temperature controller: The temperature controller is used to control the temperature inside the tank, usually by controlling the temperature of the medium in the steam jacket and the current of the electric heater.
6. Import and export: Import and export are used to transport raw materials and reaction products into and out of tanks, usually with multiple imports and exports.
