A vacuum feeder is a device that can perform various detailed tasks such as lifting, conveying, and weighing various powders. It can be widely used in different industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, and construction, and has significant effects on material lifting and transportation. The principle and technology of this device are one of the commonly used technologies in enterprise production, so the application significance of this technology is very significant.
The working principle of the vacuum feeder is mainly composed of a vacuum lifting device and a vacuum suction pipeline. The lifting device mainly consists of vacuum pump equipment, lifting and lowering mechanisms, control system, etc. The powder material is horizontally sucked by a vacuum pump device and then transported to the material storage tank next to the equipment.
The main components of a vacuum feeder include material storage tanks, suction ports, vacuum lifting devices, discharge mechanisms, control systems, and other aspects. The specific description is as follows:
1. Material storage tank: It is a place for storing powder materials, usually a standing stainless steel tank. The size of the storage tank can be customized according to needs and can accommodate different powder materials.
2. Suction port: mainly used to suck powder materials into the tank as much as possible, achieving the goal of uniform distribution of materials in the storage tank. According to the characteristics of powder materials, the number of suction ports can be arbitrarily increased or decreased.
3. Vacuum lifting device: mainly composed of vertical and horizontal pipelines, it is an important component of lifting materials to stainless steel ground storage tanks through vacuum pump equipment.
4. Discharge mechanism: Take out the powder raw materials from the storage tank, and then form a powder hopper according to the set proportion. The powder is transported to the corresponding processing equipment through the powder conveying equipment.
5. Control system: The control system of the device mainly consists of control components such as wire control, ultrasonic level control, solenoid valve, etc., which can be adjusted or controlled according to the actual situation of the material.
