  Electric heating constant temperature batching tankThe tank body adopts a hygienic and sterile design, and each pipe mouth is treated with wire drawing to form a smooth transition, avoiding cleaning dead corners caused by direct socket welding, ensuring the reliability and stability of the production process. The process interface adopts Iso standard quick release chuck interface, which is hygienic, easy to disassemble, and equipped with anti-corrosion gaskets. Equipped with online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SIP) functions, in compliance with GMP standards. Mechanical stirring or magnetic stirring can be used, and the stirring forms are mostly blade type, impeller type, or anchor type. The inner surface of the electric heating batching tank is treated to form a mirror surface, while the outer surface is matte or has straight top and bottom heads with matte finish, making it easy to clean and leaving no dead corners. The pipe mouth adopts the stretching and flanging process for arc transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, reliable and stable, and meets GMP requirements. The electric heating ingredient tank can be equipped with temperature display control system and liquid level display system as needed.

When using an electric heating constant temperature batching tank, the following points should be noted:
  
1. Before use, the tank must be rinsed clean with diluted salt water and then disinfected with steam. Various materials enter the tank through the material pipe fixed on the tank cover, or open the tank cover and pour into the tank. The input materials should not be filled too full to avoid splashing during the mixing process, which may cause environmental hygiene or damage.
  
2. Add materials in proportion and start the motor after filling up. After 3-5 minutes, stir evenly, open the plug valve to discharge, and wait for the next feeding.
  
3. After mixing, discharge all remaining materials from the tank. Rinse with warm water as soon as possible, brush off any attachments, and then clean the inner wall of the container with 40-50c alkaline water. Rinse with sliding water before next use.
  
4. Regularly check the working condition of equipment and reducers. When the lubricating oil of the reducer is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner and replaced every six months. When the electric heating constant temperature ingredient tank is not in use, clean the inside and outside with warm water. Do not rinse with dirty water to prevent corrosion. Regularly clean the tank body to maintain external cleanliness and internal brightness, achieving the purpose of durability.
