Far infrared radiation has strong penetration ability and can penetrate deep into the interior of objects, improving their thermal efficiency.

The heating process of the far-infrared tunnel drying oven is divided into the following three stages:
  
1. Preheating stage: During this stage, the far-infrared lamp inside the drying oven begins to heat up, producing far-infrared radiation. The purpose of the preheating stage is to gradually raise the temperature of the air inside the box, creating a favorable environment for the subsequent heating process.
  
2. Heating stage: When the air temperature inside the box reaches the set value, the heating element stops working. At this point, the far-infrared radiation heating effect begins to exert, transferring heat to the objects inside the box. At this stage, the temperature on the surface and inside of the object gradually increases, reaching the temperature required for drying.
  
3. Maintenance phase: When the surface of the object reaches the desired temperature, the drying oven enters the maintenance phase. At this stage, the heating element continues to generate far-infrared radiation, keeping the surface temperature of the object stable and avoiding temperature fluctuations. Meanwhile, far-infrared radiation also has certain sterilization and deodorization functions, which help improve the quality of objects.
  
Far infrared tunnel drying oven is widely used in industries such as wood, tobacco, chemical, food, and pharmaceuticals.
