Operating procedures for double cone rotary vacuum dryer

The double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a commonly used drying equipment in industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals. Its high precision, efficiency, and stability have been favored by users. To ensure the normal operation of the equipment, extend its lifespan, and avoid unnecessary failures, today the editor will take you to understand the operating procedures of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer.
1、 Inspection before device startup
Before using the double cone rotary vacuum dryer, it is necessary to clean and inspect the equipment. Firstly, check the hopper, intermittent device, and pipeline to ensure there are no impurities. Then, clean the equipment partitions, rotating drums, vacuum pumps, and other devices with clean cleaning agents to ensure that the interior of the equipment is dry and clean. Finally, conduct strict safety inspections to check whether the transmission components, support structures, instrument equipment, and electrical equipment are functioning properly.
2、 Equipment startup process
After the equipment inspection is completed, follow the steps below to start:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Turn on the lubricating oil pump and lubricate the pulley.
3. Turn on the vacuum system switch and start vacuum suction from the vacuum pump until the vacuum level reaches the standard.
4. Turn on the heating system switch and perform heating operation.
5. Adjust the rotation speed and add materials according to the operating requirements.
3、 Equipment operation precautions
1. Operators must be familiar with the instructions for using the equipment and undergo professional training.
2. Do not use dry ice or other substances directly into the equipment for cooling or release during use.
3. Do not repair or maintain the device while it is in operation. If maintenance is required, please turn off the device first and hire professional technicians to handle it.
4. In case of abnormal situations, the equipment should be immediately stopped and dealt with.
Four devices are turned off
After the device operation is completed, the following steps should be followed to shut it down:
1. Stop the material addition operation.
2. Turn off the heating system switch and wait for the equipment to cool down to room temperature.
3. Turn off the vacuum system switch and open the air valve to return the pressure to normal.
4. Turn off the power switch, clean and maintain the equipment.
