The steam produced by the clean and pure steam generator has high purity, no impurity pollution, and can fundamentally eliminate the distortion of experimental results caused by steam quality problems. It is suitable for fields with strict requirements for steam quality, such as scientific research experiments, and can ensure that every experiment reflects real conditions. It integrates intelligent control systems, is easy to operate, can achieve accurate temperature and pressure control, meet the subtle needs of different process stages, and improve the controllability and stability of the production process.
Measurement steps for clean pure steam generator:
1. Equipment inspection
-Before starting the measurement, it is necessary to comprehensively inspect all components of the pure steam generator, including the evaporator, separation device, pipeline connections, valves, etc., to ensure that they are installed correctly and without damage or leakage. At the same time, confirm whether the relevant instruments (such as pressure gauges, thermometers, etc.) are sensitive and accurate.
-Check whether the water/drainage and gas supply systems are working properly, and whether the functions of various accessories are intact, such as valves, water level gauges, etc., can be operated and displayed normally.
2. Performance testing - determination of dryness
-Separation method: Use a steam separator to collect liquid water, and then calculate the dryness based on the ratio of the collected water volume to the total steam volume. The dryness of ideal pure steam should be ≥ 0.95 (i.e. ≥ 95 dry steam).
-Thermodynamic equilibrium method: By measuring the thermodynamic state parameters of steam, such as temperature, pressure, etc., the dryness is calculated using corresponding formulas.
3. Quality monitoring
-Using a sampler for online quality monitoring, real-time sampling and analysis of the generated steam is carried out to detect impurities, microorganisms, or other pollutants to ensure that the purity of the steam meets the requirements.
4. Verification of pressure range
-Monitor the pressure changes of steam under different operating conditions to ensure its safe and stable use within the specified pressure range. This can be achieved by installing pressure sensors in the system and recording pressure data at different time points for analysis.
5. Stability testing
-Keep the device running for a period of time and observe the stability of various indicators, including dryness, pressure, temperature, etc. During this period, regular data collection and comparative analysis are conducted to evaluate the long-term operational performance and reliability of the equipment.
