Impurities and condensed water in traditional steam can easily cause scaling and corrosion of pipelines, valves, and heat exchange equipment, while clean steam is pure and non corrosive, which can reduce equipment maintenance pressure, minimize downtime, effectively extend the service life of the entire steam related system, and ensure stable production capacity output.

Precautions for using a clean pure steam generator:

1. Daily operation standards

-Startup and flushing: After each shutdown, the device should be flushed for 10 minutes under the condition of inlet pressure less than 0.4 Mpa to remove impurities and residues in the pipeline.

-Operation monitoring: During operation, pay attention to checking all parts and closely observe changes in pressure and water level. Operators are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization, especially during night shifts, and must not doze off or sleep to prevent accidents.

-Water filling operation: When filling water, both hands should be used. One hand should first open the water valve, and then the other hand should open the water injector valve to allow water to naturally enter the generator; When stopping, the valve should be closed first, and then the water valve should be closed. When opening and closing the valve, face away from the front to avoid scalding caused by soda water rushing out.

-Water level gauge maintenance: The water level gauge should be flushed once per shift. When flushing, follow the prescribed procedure, first close the water valve, open the drain valve, flush the steam valve, and pay attention to whether the steam supply is blocked; Then close the steam valve and pay attention to whether the water source is blocked. When flushing the water valve, wait until the water turns into steam for a slightly longer period of time to ensure that there is no false water level.

2. Equipment maintenance and upkeep

-Regular water quality testing: Regularly monitor the usage of purified water equipment and the quality of the effluent, mainly recording the pH value, conductivity, pressure of the incoming water SDI、 Water temperature; Conductivity, flow rate, and pH value of the produced water; The flow rate, pressure, and inlet pressure of each section of concentrated water can affect the quality of steam.

-Prevent long-term shutdown: The device cannot be shut down for a long time and should run for at least 2 hours per day. If preparing to shut down for more than 72 hours, use a chemical cleaning device to fill the components with 1 sodium bisulfate and 18 glycerol for protection.

-Cleaning and acid washing: When dirt accumulates inside the equipment, suitable acid washing and neutralizing agents can be used for cleaning. During operation, attention should be paid to closing the valve thermal resistor, injecting the pickling solution into the machine through the raw water inlet, and discharging it through the steam outlet. The cycle should be repeated multiple times according to the dirt situation. After dissolving a certain thickness of dirt, clean it repeatedly with a neutralizing agent for 3-5 hours, then rinse it with deionized water for 3-5 hours, and check that the discharged water is neutral. At this point, the steam generator can be put into normal operation. However, it should be noted that the selected pickling and neutralizing agents should ensure that the material of the steam generator pipeline is not damaged.

3. Safety protection measures

-Do not touch: During operation, do not put your hands inside the steam pipeline to avoid scalding accidents.

-Exception handling: If any abnormal situations are found in the equipment, such as water leakage, smoke, odor, etc., the power should be immediately turned off, the use should be stopped, and professional personnel should be contacted for maintenance in a timely manner.

-Environmental maintenance: Keep the environment around the pure steam generator clean and dry, avoiding moisture and dirt that may affect the service life of the equipment.

-Mechanical troubleshooting: Regularly check the temperature of mechanical equipment and motor casings. If there is a mechanical malfunction or the motor heats up more than 60 degrees, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
