The precautions for using distilled water insulated storage tanks mainly include the following aspects:
1、 Temperature and pressure control
1. It is recommended to control the working temperature between -14 ℃ and 90 ℃ to avoid material brittleness or deformation caused by extreme temperatures.
2. The tank filling rate shall not exceed 95%, and overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. The pressure gauge shall be regularly calibrated.
3. The outlet temperature of distilled water products should be maintained within the range of 97-99 ℃, and the outlet temperature of cooling water should be between 70-100 ℃.
2、 Safe operation and maintenance
1. Suitable protective equipment (such as coarse cloth gloves, safety helmets, etc.) should be worn during operation to prevent skin damage from low-temperature liquids.
2. Regularly inspect the welds, seals, and supporting structures of the tank body, and promptly repair any cracks or leaks found.
3. When not in use, thoroughly drain the liquid and dry it to prevent residue from breeding bacteria or corroding the inner wall.
3、 Cleaning and disinfection
1. Clean and disinfect the respirator in the water storage tank once a week, and clean and disinfect the water storage tank and water pipeline every week.
2. The cleaning agent is injected with water itself and disinfected with circulating pure steam at low pressure for 30 minutes.
4、 Equipment inspection and emergency response
1. Strictly pay attention to whether there is obvious large-scale "juice leakage" on the outer wall of the tank. If there is, stop using it immediately and investigate the cause in a timely manner.
2. If abnormal pressure rise is found in the storage tank, immediately check whether the pressure boosting valve is closed or whether the insulation is insufficient.
3. During maintenance, it is necessary to drain the liquid and raise the temperature to room temperature. It is prohibited to operate under pressure.
5、 Other precautions
1. The storage tank area should be kept away from sources of fire and heat, and maintain a safe distance from production facilities.
2. The pipeline connection should be shock resistant, and when the inlet is at a high position, it should be bent to guide the tank wall, reducing the direct impact of the liquid on the tank bottom.
3. Avoid scratching the tank with sharp objects and use specialized corner protectors for protection during transportation.
