The Qualcomm vibration ball mill is a multifunctional instrument specially developed for the analysis of small amounts of samples in the laboratory. It can quickly and efficiently grind and homogenize under high-frequency vibration. Under suitable grinding conditions, some samples can reach sub micron level.
The high pass vibration ball mill can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, or cryogenic grinding at low temperatures, and is equipped with two types of grinding kits: grinding tanks and adapters. The automatic center positioning and safety locking device provide laboratory personnel with a comfortable operating experience. High throughput adapters are highly suitable for cell lysis and DNA/RNA extraction of biological samples. The various materials of grinding tanks are suitable for applications in multiple industries. Agate, zirconia, and tungsten carbide are suitable for samples such as soil that require heavy metal pollution prevention. Tungsten carbide and stainless steel can also be involved in the preparation of hard samples.
