1、 Key points for daily operation and management of powder packaging production line
1. Preparation and management before startup
Check the cleanliness status of the equipment to ensure that there are no residual materials or impurities in the conveying pipeline, packaging head, and silo, and that the contact surfaces are treated according to industry hygiene requirements; Calibrate the quantitative packaging system, test the weight with standard weights, and adjust the parameters when the deviation exceeds the range; Confirm that the material is free of lumps and has uniform fluidity, and if necessary, pre mix or screen it.
2. Real time control during operation
Every 30-60 minutes, sample and check the weight of the packaging. If there is a continuous deviation, the equipment inspection should be suspended; Monitor the sound of the conveyor motor and packaging motor during operation, and check the level of the material in the silo for air defense; Keep the surrounding environment clean, and operators should wear dust-proof and sanitary protective equipment according to regulations.
3. Standardized handling after shutdown
Empty the material bin and residual materials in the conveying pipeline; Clean the contact surface of the equipment according to the cleaning process, and if necessary, disassemble and clean the components before assembling; Record operational data and material batches, turn off the main power and gas sources.
2、 Common troubleshooting and handling of powder packaging production line
1. Excessive deviation in packaging accuracy
• Fault manifestation: The deviation between the sampled and packaged weight and the set value exceeds the allowable range, and the problem occurs continuously in multiple packages.
• Troubleshooting: First check if the material has clumped, and if it has clumped, stop the machine for screening or crushing; Check if the quantitative components are worn again, and replace them if they are severe; Finally confirm the parameters, recalibrate and resume production.
2. Material blockage in pipelines or packaging heads
• Fault manifestation: Slow material conveying speed, no material discharge from the packaging head, or intermittent material interruption.
• Troubleshooting: Stop the machine, dismantle the pipeline, and clean the blocked materials from the packaging head; Check if the pipeline is bent and adjust it to be smooth; If the material has poor fluidity, the warehouse temperature can be adjusted appropriately or compliant flow aids can be added.
3. Sealing not up to standard
• Fault manifestation: Powder leakage, unstable sealing or unclear sealing pattern at the sealing of the packaging bag.
• Troubleshooting: First check the sealing temperature and pressure, and adjust according to the packaging film material; Check if the sealing knife or heat seal is worn or deformed again. If it is damaged, replace it; Finally, confirm the compatibility of the packaging film and test it after replacement.
