Our company was established in April 2002, formerly known as Nanhong Pharmaceutical Machinery Factory in Haimen City, Jiangsu Province. Our main products include eye drops filling production line, oral liquid filling production line, syrup filling machine, paste filling machine, etc. It is one of the earliest member units of the China Pharmaceutical Equipment Industry Association, founded in May 1986, specializing in the design, production, and manufacturing of pharmaceutical machinery and food machinery. The "Nanhong" brand has had a profound influence in the national pharmaceutical industry, providing over a hundred production lines and single machines for the pharmaceutical, health products, and food industries over the years. Its products are distributed throughout the country and exported to multiple countries and regions in Asia, America, and Europe.
Our company is now renamed asNantong Bolang Machinery Technology Co., LtdThere are over 80 employees, including 9 engineering and technical personnel, 1 senior engineer, 3 engineers, 1 GMP certified process technician, and 1 QS certified process technician. Each production line includes bottle washing, sterilization and drying, filling (liquid or powder), sealing, lamp inspection, labeling, and related post filling sterilization equipment.
2、 Guarantee of product quality
According to the requirements of the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and the GB/T19000-ISO9000 "Quality Management and Quality" series of standards, our company has organized a quality monitoring team mainly composed of senior engineers, GMP process personnel, and technical leaders from various departments, implementing a one vote veto system for quality.
Our company's products are very strict in terms of material selection and usage. In various packaging equipment, all parts that come into contact with chemicals must be made of engineering plastics, glass, or 316L stainless steel that have undergone physical and chemical testing to be non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, and pollution-free. Especially for stainless steel materials, not only should the quality assurance certificate be checked, but also the steel and furnace numbers of the materials should be verified. For countertops and other surface components, high-quality stainless steel materials such as 1Gr18Ni9Ti are also used for production. Ensure that there is no corrosion or rusting during the production process.
In addition to establishing strict enterprise production standards, national standards such as GB6168, GB5226, GBT13306, GB/T13384, as well as industry standards such as YY0056, YY0131, YY/T0076 are also referenced in the production of the entire machine to standardize the product and ensure that it meets GMP requirements.
After the completion of production, the entire production equipment needs to undergo the following relevant inspections on the eye drops filling production line, oral liquid filling production line, syrup filling machine, paste filling machine, etc.:

During the inspection process, if any non-conforming items are found, the technical team led by the chief engineer will analyze them, identify the cause, and start solving them. After solving the problem, they will be submitted for inspection. Only after passing the inspection can they leave the factory.

When delivering our products to users, we provide technical user manuals, detailed information on vulnerable parts, operation manuals, repair and maintenance manuals, and technical materials. Send technical personnel to our company's equipment for equipment debugging, and guide users in operation and maintenance.
