1、 Key points of daily maintenance
1. Electrical control system inspection
Check the operation of the axial flow fan in the electrical control cabinet daily, clean the dust on the filter screen, and ensure good heat dissipation effect. The compressed air pressure regulating valve should maintain a gas source pressure of not less than 0.6 MPa and regularly discharge residual oil and water. Test the safety protection door opening detection and alarm function to ensure that the equipment can be shut down normally during operation.
2. Cleaning of detection system
Clean the camera lens and backlight surface with a dust-free cloth to maintain detection accuracy. The height error of the bottle support ring should be ≤ 1mm, and the lens should have good light transmission. Clean the pressure head horn cover and check that the O-ring is not damaged or deformed.
3. Maintenance of bottle feeding system
Clean the surface of the mesh belt and chain, check the tension (2-3mm downward pressure is recommended), and there should be no abnormal noise during operation. Clean the debris adhering to the surface of the baffle spring, swivel block, and bottle feeding screw.
2、 Regular maintenance standards
1. System calibration
At least once a week, turn on the machine and check it to maintain the vacuum system status. Conduct professional calibration once a year to ensure the accuracy of test results. Check the sensitivity of each sensor and replace it if necessary.
2. Key component maintenance
Replace the filter element every six months to ensure testing accuracy. Check the condition of all seals and replace any aging or damaged seals in a timely manner. Lubricate and maintain mechanical moving parts.
3. Environmental management
Keep the storage environment of the equipment clean and hygienic, and prevent dust from entering the air inlet. Regularly clean the outer surface of the equipment and use specialized cleaning agents to wipe the display screen. Check the grounding status of the equipment to ensure electrical safety.
3、 Professional maintenance requirements
1. Professional inspection
It is recommended that professional personnel conduct comprehensive inspections every quarter, establish maintenance records and archives, and track equipment status. Regularly train operators and standardize usage procedures.
2. Fault prevention
Regularly check the probe protective cover to prevent dust and moisture from blocking. When the probe is dirty, it can be soaked in alcohol for cleaning. It is strictly prohibited to use solvents such as gasoline. When an alarm or instability occurs in clean air, the probe should be replaced promptly.
3. Power management
Ensure to use a power supply within the rated voltage range. Regularly check the battery connection parts to prevent looseness or corrosion. When not in use for a long time, perform a charge discharge cycle every half month.
