Glass ampoule electronic leak detection machineIt plays a crucial role in the quality inspection of drug packaging. It can efficiently and accurately detect whether glass ampoules have leakage problems such as poor sealing, ensuring the stability and safety of drugs.
1、 Working principle
Glass ampoule electronic leak detection machineThe gas leakage detection is mainly based on the principles of pressure changes and sensor detection. There is a vacuum system inside the equipment. When the glass ampoule is placed in the detection chamber, the chamber will be connected to a vacuum pump. Through the action of the vacuum pump, the air inside the chamber is gradually extracted, forming a certain degree of vacuum.
After the chamber reaches the set vacuum level, the vacuum pump will be turned off, and the pressure inside the chamber will gradually change. If the glass ampoule has poor sealing, the surrounding air will gradually enter the ampoule, causing the pressure inside the chamber to change differently from a normally sealed ampoule.
High sensitivity pressure sensors are installed inside the chamber, which can monitor pressure changes in real-time and convert pressure signals into electrical signals. The electronic control system will analyze and process the electrical signals transmitted by the sensors, and compare the pressure change characteristics of normal sealed ampoules and ampoules that may have leaks, in order to determine whether the glass ampoule is leaking.
2、 Operation process
Preparation: Before conducting the inspection, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment is clean and free of debris. Check whether the key components such as power supply, vacuum system, and sensors of the equipment are normal, and preheat the equipment to achieve a stable working state.
Sample placement: Place the glass ampoules to be tested neatly in the testing chamber, ensuring that each ampoule is placed accurately and avoiding collision or compression with each other.
Parameter setting: Based on the specific specifications and requirements of the glass ampoule, appropriate parameters such as vacuum degree and detection time are set through the operation panel to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the detection.
Start detection: After setting the parameters, start the leak detection machine to start detection. During the testing process, operators should closely monitor the operating status of the equipment and check for any abnormal alarm messages.
Result display and recording: After the detection is completed, the device will automatically display the detection results. The operator needs to carefully review the results, distinguish between qualified and unqualified ampoules, and keep records. For unqualified ampoules, further analysis of the cause of gas leakage is required and corresponding measures should be taken.
