1、 Daily basic maintenance
1. Preparation for safe operation
Before maintenance, the power must be turned off and the system pressure must be discharged to prevent accidents.
After daily use, pressure discharge (0.1-0.2MPa) is required to remove scale and impurities from the furnace.
2. Cleaning management
External cleaning: Use mild cleaning agents and a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the equipment, avoiding contact with corrosive substances.
Internal cleaning: Rinse the water level gauge daily to ensure clear display, and clean the blockage of the water tank filter and water pump impeller weekly.
3. Water level and water quality control
Use softened water or deionized water to reduce scale formation; Discharge at least twice a day, and drain the stored water when not in use.
Regularly check the sealing and electrode function of the water tank, replace aging seals, and handle water quality abnormalities.
2、 Regular in-depth maintenance
1. Heating system maintenance
Disassemble the heating tube every six months to remove scale, and ensure that the flange screws are tightened and the circuit connection is reliable when reinstalling.
Check whether the heating element circuit is aging or has poor contact, and repair or replace it in a timely manner.
2. Key component inspection
Safety valve: calibrated at least once a year to ensure automatic opening and closing in case of overpressure; Manually turn it once a day to prevent rusting.
Pressure gauges and sensors: calibrate pressure sensors and controllers, clean surface dirt to ensure data accuracy.
3. Pipeline and valve maintenance
Check whether the pipeline is blocked or leaking, and clean up impurities; Lubricate the valve and tighten the connecting components.
3、 Special maintenance scenarios
1. Long term shutdown for maintenance
Cut off the power and drain the pipeline of stored water, add desiccants (such as quicklime) to prevent internal corrosion.
Check if the wiring terminals inside the electrical control box are loose, and tighten them if necessary to avoid poor contact.
2. Preventive measures for faults
Regularly verify the leakage protector and overload device, and install a voltage regulator to ensure power stability.
Operators need to receive standardized training and emergency response drills to reduce the risk of human operational errors.
4、 Maintenance precautions
Pollution discharge principle: Follow the principles of "frequent discharge, minimal discharge, and even discharge", control the discharge time within 20-30 seconds each time, and repeat 2-3 times to enhance the effect.
Equipment insulation: Check whether the insulation material is damaged and replace it in a timely manner to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
Through the above maintenance measures, the equipment life can be effectively extended and the steam supply can be ensured to be stable. All operations must comply with the equipment manual and industry standards.
