1、 Daily maintenance (after each use)
1. Equipment cleaning
Extraction tank cleaning: After removing the pesticide residue, rinse the inner wall, stirring blade, and filter screen of the tank with a high-pressure water gun to prevent residue from scaling. If it is an alcohol extraction equipment, it needs to be cleaned by circulating 75% ethanol or 1% NaOH solution to remove oil and resin residues.
Pipeline and filter: Check whether the liquid medicine pipeline and valve are blocked, and use compressed air or clean water to backwash; Clean the filter cloth of the plate and frame filter machine to avoid mold growth of the medicine residue.
2. Key component inspection
Sealing inspection: Check whether the flange, gasket, and valve are leaking (especially in vacuum concentration equipment).
