Maintenance methods for hot reflux extraction concentrator

The maintenance of the reflux extraction concentrator should include daily inspections, periodic maintenance, and protection of key components. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Daily operation and inspection
1. Sealing inspection: Check each sealing point, valve, and pipeline interface in each shift, promptly deal with any leaks found, and ensure stable vacuum degree (maintained at -0.03Mpa to -0.04MPa).
2. Vacuum pump maintenance:
Before starting, open the inlet valve first and strictly prohibit idling without water; After long-term disuse, the fan blades need to be manually rotated before restarting.
Timely drain the accumulated water in the pump after shutdown to prevent rusting.
3. Instrument calibration: Verify the accuracy and sensitivity of pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, thermometers, and other instruments on a monthly basis.
2、 Cleaning and anti-corrosion
1. Online Cleaning (CIP):
After each batch of production, clean the inside of the equipment with clean water or weakly alkaline detergent (such as 2% sodium hydroxide solution) while it is hot, and remove any residue.
Prohibit solutions containing chloride ions (such as hydrochloric acid) to avoid corrosion of equipment.
2. Scale treatment: Use a brush through the handhole to remove the scale on the inner walls of the heating chamber and condenser, and finally rinse thoroughly.
3. Mirror cleaning: Keep the mirror glass transparent for easy observation of the internal state.
3、 Key component maintenance
1. Valves and sealing rings:
Regularly check the sealing of valves and replace aging sealing rings.
Focus on investigating the sealing effect of high-frequency switch parts such as slag discharge doors and tank covers.
2. Heating system protection:
Check if the heater is leaking electricity, and control the level of the heat transfer oil within a reasonable range (to prevent overflow).
The operation of the steam valve needs to be adjusted slowly to avoid sudden pressure rise and boiling.
4、 Security and Periodic Maintenance
1. Shutdown maintenance:
Before long-term shutdown, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the equipment and drain the accumulated water, and open the vent valve to balance the pressure.
Disconnect the power supply and conduct monthly inspections on the cables and cooling system of the electrical control cabinet.
2. Annual comprehensive maintenance:
Disassemble and inspect core components such as heating chambers, condensers, and vacuum systems, and replace damaged parts.
Verify the sensitivity of the safety valve to ensure that the overload protection function is functioning properly.
5、 Operating standards
1. Explosion proof boiling control: During the extraction stage boiling, the vent valve must be opened, and the operation of organic solvents must be strictly explosion-proof.
2. Temperature management: During the concentration stage, the temperature should be controlled between 50-80 ℃ (alcohol extraction ≤ 80 ℃, water extraction ≤ 90 ℃) to avoid damage to thermosensitive components.
Maintenance should be combined with operation records to analyze the weak links of equipment, and personnel should be trained regularly to operate in a standardized manner.
