1、 Preparation before startup
1. System check
Confirm that the water level in the raw material water (purified water) storage tank is sufficient and the water quality meets the standards (conductivity<10 μ s/cm, no chloride precipitation);
Check steam pressure>0.3MPa, cooling water pressure 0.2~0.3MPa, compressed air pressure>0.5MPa;
Remove impurities such as condensate water and welding slag from the steam pipeline and efficiency room to prevent blockage of the evaporator.
2. Device initialization
Turn on the power supply of the control box, execute the system initialization program, and calibrate the temperature and flow sensors;
Connect the raw water inlet, distilled water outlet, and residual liquid discharge pipe to the corresponding container.
2、 Preheating and start-up
1. Preheating operation
Open the steam valve, slowly increase the pressure to 0.3MPa, maintain for 5 minutes to remove residual moisture, and then increase to 0.4MPa;
Observe the temperature gradient of each effect: first effect (T0)>second effect (T1)>final effect (T5), ensuring a gradual increase in temperature.
2. Feeding operation
Start the raw material water pump, set the initial flow rate to 150L/H (in cold state), and gradually increase it to 205-215L/H after the temperature exceeds 75 ℃;
Open the cooling water valve and control the condenser shell temperature to ≈ 40 ℃ to prevent distilled water from overheating.
3、 Normal operation monitoring
1. Parameter adjustment
Maintain a steam pressure of 0.25~0.3 MPa, evenly distribute the feed water to form a falling liquid film, and avoid dry burning;
Monitor conductivity (<1 μ s/cm), and automatically switch to the discharge pipeline for unqualified distilled water.
2. Quality control
Third level separation verification: observe gravity settling, spiral turbulence, and wire mesh foam removal effect to ensure steam purity;
When the temperature of distilled water is above 90 ℃, it is collected through a condenser, and the final non condensable gas is discharged through a discharge valve.
4、 Shutdown and maintenance
1. Orderly shutdown
Close the raw water valve first, then turn off the power to prevent high-temperature water from flowing back and damaging the flow meter glass tube;
Drain the residual liquid from the system and open the drain valve to clean the sediment in the pipeline.
2. Regular maintenance
Clean the inner wall of the evaporator daily and remove scale with weak acid/alkali solution;
Check the sealing of the double tube plate (made of 316L material) to prevent cross contamination.
5、 Key precautions
1. Safety protection: The equipment casing must be grounded, and the cooling water must not be turned off during operation;
2. Anti dry burning mechanism: Real time monitoring of liquid level sensor, automatic alarm and shutdown when the water level is below the safety line;
3. Exception handling: When the steam pressure drops sharply, immediately reduce the water intake and check for filter blockage.
