The Ningbo Shuangjia vacuum freeze dryer mainly consists of two parts: the refrigeration system and the vacuum system. When the product is placed in a low-temperature vacuum environment, the water it contains is frozen into ice, which sublimates into water vapor at extremely low pressure and is pumped out by a vacuum pump to dry the processed product. If either the refrigeration system or the vacuum system has a problem, it cannot be processed. Therefore, daily maintenance and upkeep of the freeze dryer is a crucial task. Once a malfunction occurs in the unit, it should be able to be quickly resolved to ensure normal production.
The vacuum system mainly consists of vacuum pump, front box, rear box, valves on the box body, mushroom valve, small butterfly valve, vacuum silicon tube and other parts. Below, the editor will briefly introduce the daily maintenance of the vacuum system:
