• Check for object dispersion issues: For objects that are difficult to detect such as powdered metal materials and strip-shaped metal materials, it is necessary to ensure that the left and right door panels of the security door are firmly inserted and not installed in reverse. During testing, check if the strength indicator light is constantly on and if the infrared counting is normal. If the indicator light is constantly on and the infrared counting is normal, but the device does not alarm, it may be due to interference sources around. Try changing the crystal oscillator frequency or checking if the infrared function is normal.
The security check door cannot be turned on: If the power indicator light is on, check whether the power supply in the chassis is firmly plugged in, and whether the fuse and power supply circuit are connected properly; If the power indicator light is not on, check if the incoming aviation plug is securely plugged in and if the power cord is in good condition.
The personnel passing through the security checkpoint are not counted: check whether the infrared sensing line is firmly plugged in and whether the infrared head is blocked.
The security checkpoint does not sound an alarm: If the strength indicator light is constantly on, check if there are any interference sources around and try changing the crystal oscillator frequency. If the infrared function is not working properly, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for repair.
The alarm time of the security checkpoint is too long: Check whether the set value of the alarm time and the infrared function are normal.
Unjustified alarm: Check if the interference signal light is constantly on. If it is constantly on, it indicates that there is an interference source around; If the interference signal light is not on, the operating frequency of the security checkpoint can be adjusted.
