1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment inspection
Confirm that the exhaust valve and safety valve are unobstructed, the pressure gauge is reset to zero, and the sealing ring is not aged; Open the oil plug to remove residual gas from the pot and reset.
2. Medicinal herb processing
Put the medicinal herbs into non-woven bags and tie them tightly. Place them in a decoction pot and add 5-8 times the weight of the herbs (for example, 600g of herbs should be mixed with 3000ml of water).
3. Connect devices
Connect the decoction pot and packaging machine interface with a high-pressure pipe, confirm tightening to prevent leakage; Close all drain valves.
2、 Core process of decoction
1. Closed start
Secure the lid clip (three times required) and close the exhaust valve; After powering on, select the decoction mode and set the parameters:
Nourishing medicinal herbs: Warm fire time 45 minutes
Explanation of medicinal herbs: Warm fire time 15-20 minutes
The temperature automatically rises to 105 ℃ (the pointer of the micro pressure gauge needs to be stable in the range of 0.05-0.1MPa)
2. Intelligent squeezing
The system automatically squeezes the drug pack in three stages at 60 ℃, 80 ℃, and 105 ℃ to fully extract the effective ingredients.
3、 Drug treatment and packaging
1. Separation of medicinal liquids
End of decoction beep prompt ->Open the main valve ->The medicine automatically flows into the storage tank of the packaging machine, and the medicine residue is retained in the pot.
2. Packaging Settings
Preheat packaging machine head (about 20 minutes)
Set the capacity of a single package (usually 150ml) and the number of packages (1 package more than the actual requirement, discard the first package)
3. Filling and sealing
Click the filling button to automatically package, discard the first package of liquid medicine to flush the pipeline, and check the sealing of the subsequent packaging.
4、 Cleaning and maintenance
1. Safe pressure relief
Before opening the lid, the exhaust valve must be opened to release pressure until the pressure gauge returns to zero, and then the lid can be unlocked.
2. Thoroughly clean
Remove the medicine residue → add clean water and boil for 5 minutes → open the water valve to drain the wastewater, and focus on cleaning the sealing ring groove.
5、 Safety Warning
1. Prohibited operation: Open the valve or lid during boiling (burns caused by high temperature steam)
2. Regular testing: Verify the pressure gauge monthly and replace the sealing ring every six months
3. Equipment lifespan: Over 3 years require manufacturer maintenance, and over 8 years are recommended for scrapping
4. Pharmacological Description: The medicine boiled under high pressure and sealed is lighter in color than traditional clay pots. This is due to the non-woven bag filtering out starch impurities and the sealed environment reducing component oxidation, which is a normal phenomenon.
By standardizing operating procedures and regular maintenance, the safety and stability of decoction can be maximally guaranteed.
