The following is a detailed introduction to the main heating methods and their technical characteristics:

1. Electric heating

Principle and characteristics: The heat transfer medium inside the jacket is directly heated by a resistance heating element (such as an electric heating tube), or the "electric heating" technology is used (the heating element is tightly attached to the kneading chamber wall), with fast heating speed and high temperature control accuracy (± 1 ℃).

Applicable scenarios: Small laboratory equipment (such as 5L-50L), workshops without steam supply, or processes that require rapid temperature rise (such as silicone rubber vulcanization).

Technical Specifications:

-Power range: 1 kW (NH-5 type) to 40 kW (NH-2000 type).

-Maximum temperature: usually ≤ 300 ℃, high temperature models can be customized up to 400 ℃.

2. Steam heating

-Principle and characteristics: Inject steam (pressure ≤ 0.3 MPa) into the jacket to indirectly heat the material, with low energy consumption and uniform temperature, suitable for constant temperature requirements.

Applicable scenarios: medium to large-scale production (such as kneading machines with a capacity of over 300L), chemical or food industries (such as CMC mixing, food adhesive preparation).

Limitations: dependence on boiler facilities, high initial investment; The upper temperature limit is limited by steam pressure (usually ≤ 150 ℃).

3. Thermal oil heating (circulating hot oil heating)

Principle and Characteristics: The external oil furnace heats the heat transfer oil and pumps it into the jacket for circulation, achieving high temperature (≤ 300 ℃) and stable heat transfer, avoiding local overheating.

Applicable scenarios: High temperature kneading process (such as carbon materials, sealant production), or sensitive materials that require precise temperature control (such as pharmaceutical intermediates).

Advantages: Wide temperature range, low thermal inertia, suitable for long-term continuous operation.

4. Water cooling:

Auxiliary temperature control method: Inject cold water into the jacket for rapid cooling, used to terminate the reaction or prevent material overheating and denaturation.

Combination application: often integrated with electric/steam/oil heating to form a "heating cooling" integrated system (such as vacuum kneading machine).

Material guarantee: The heating/cooling jacket and the contact area with the material are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and meets the requirements of food and pharmaceutical grade.
