In grassroots scenarios such as geological hazard inspections in towns and villages, deformation monitoring of small projects, and on-site monitoring of emergency rescue, mobile GNSS monitoring stations need to balance "precision, practicality, ease of deployment, and ease of operation". The SJ-GNSS01 lightweight and mobile GNSS monitoring station launched by Shandong Shuijing Sensing Technology features "lightweight design, rapid deployment, and simple operation" as its core highlights, breaking the limitations of traditional monitoring equipment such as "large size, difficult installation, and high threshold", and bringing professional deformation monitoring into grassroots scenarios.

Lightweight design significantly reduces deployment barriers. The device adopts a modular disassembly structure, with a total weight of only 12 kilograms. The antenna, host, bracket and other components can be easily disassembled and carried, and can be transported and installed by a single person. The installation process is simplified to three steps: positioning, fixing, and starting up, without the need for complex civil construction. With the help of simple anchors or cement bases, it can be fixed and fully deployed and debugged within 30 minutes. Compared with traditional monitoring stations, the deployment efficiency is increased by more than 60%. The body adopts a high-strength ABS engineering plastic shell, combined with sealing strips for protection, with a protection level of IP65, which can resist daily wind, rain, dust erosion, and outstanding durability in complex environments such as rural areas and engineering sites.
The core performance balances precision and practicality, meeting the needs of grassroots monitoring. The device is compatible with GPS and Beidou dual satellite systems, with a positioning accuracy of ± 5mm+1ppm horizontally and ± 10mm+1ppm vertically, meeting the data accuracy requirements of the "Technical Requirements for Monitoring Geological Hazards in Townships" and the "Specification for Deformation Monitoring of Small Projects". Built in low-power intelligent calculation module, with adjustable sampling rates of 1Hz and 5Hz, capable of accurately capturing common target changes such as landslides, cracks, and deformation of small structures in grassroots monitoring. The operation interface adopts a fully Chinese touch design, equipped with a 3.5-inch high-definition screen, clear and easy to understand icons. After one hour of simple training, grassroots staff can proficiently complete parameter settings, data viewing, device debugging and other operations.
Adapt data management and battery life design to grassroots work habits. Supports GPRS wireless transmission, Bluetooth short-range connection, and USB data export. Management personnel can remotely view real-time data and deformation trends through a mobile app, as well as export Excel format reports on-site using a USB drive, which can be directly used for monitoring ledger reporting. The power supply method is flexible and diverse, supporting three power supply modes: mains power, solar panels, and lithium batteries. It is equipped with an 8000mAh lithium battery, which can work continuously for 12 hours when fully charged. Paired with a 20W small solar panel, it can achieve long-term unmanned monitoring of remote locations. At present, this model has been put into use in more than 200 township geological hazard monitoring points in provinces such as Shandong, Shaanxi, and Sichuan. It has been successfully applied in small-scale landslide warning, rural road slope monitoring, emergency rescue site deformation tracking, and other scenarios, effectively solving the pain points of "difficult monitoring, data lag, and complex operation" at the grassroots level.
