The process principle of water-cooled traditional Chinese medicine pulverizer can be divided into the following core modules:
1、 Structural Design
1. Water cooling circulation system
A sandwich structure is set on the outer wall and bottom of the crushing chamber, and a partition is set inside to form a closed cavity. The cold water is circulated by a water pump to achieve uniform cooling. Some models have added water jackets at positions such as the door cover and rear wall of the crushing chamber to further improve cooling efficiency.
2. Core crushing component
High speed rotating hammers, blades, or toothed discs (such as 56 blade grinding rotors) are used in conjunction with fixed toothed rings/liners. Some models are equipped with dual grinding chambers: the initial grinding chamber achieves coarse grinding through relative motion of the toothed disc, while the outer grinding chamber uses the impact and tearing of the hammer head and inner toothed ring to achieve fine grinding.
2、 Crushing mechanism
1. Multi force synergy
The material is decomposed by multiple forces such as impact, shear, compression, friction, and collision between materials generated by high-speed rotating components in the crushing chamber. Some models achieve progressive refinement by guiding materials from the large gap inlet to the small gap outlet through eddy current effect.
2. Dynamic filtering control
Adopting a sieve free design, the powder particle size can be adjusted through centrifugal force or airflow sorting, such as adjusting the powder thickness between the inclined baffle and the inclined lining gap, or recovering the finished product through a capture bag filtration.
3、 Temperature control
1. Active cooling technology
The water cooling system controls the temperature of the crushing chamber below 40 ℃ to prevent the loss of effective ingredients or material burning caused by high temperature. Some models adopt a closed-loop cooling system to ensure stable discharge temperature.
2. Anti sticking optimization
Low temperature environment can reduce the adhesion of oily and viscous materials on the cavity or blade, avoid material blockage and agglomeration, and prolong the continuous working time of the equipment.
4、 Typical configuration features
1. Material: The crushing chamber and core components are mostly made of 304 stainless steel, which balances hygiene and wear resistance.
2. Power: Driven by a pure copper motor, it has high efficiency and low noise characteristics.
3. Extended functions: Some models integrate convenient operation modules such as strong magnetic adsorption and coarse and fine adjustment.
This process combines mechanical crushing and water cooling technology to ensure crushing efficiency while maximizing the retention of active ingredients in medicinal materials, especially suitable for the processing of thermosensitive traditional Chinese medicinal materials.
