What is the process principle of the wind selected traditional Chinese medicine grinder?
Date: 2025-08-21Read: 4
The process principle of wind selected traditional Chinese medicine pulverizer is mainly based on the synergistic effect of aerodynamics and mechanical mechanics, and its core process can be divided into the following four stages:
1. Airflow acceleration and material crushing
The equipment generates high-speed airflow (usually at the speed of sound) through a high-pressure fan, and the materials in the crushing chamber are impacted by the airflow, resulting in collisions, shearing, and grinding. The Laval nozzle structure can compress the airflow to supersonic state, significantly improving the crushing efficiency. For fibrous medicinal herbs, airflow shear force can effectively destroy their cell wall structure.
2. Dynamic hierarchical separation
The crushed particles enter the classifier with the airflow and achieve particle size separation through centrifugal force: fine powder enters the collection system through a sieve, and coarse particles return to the crushing chamber for secondary processing. This closed-loop design can precisely control the fineness of the finished product (usually up to 80-200 mesh).
3. Dust control technology
Adopting pulse dust removal or bag dust removal system, the dust emission concentration can be lower than 5mg/m ³, meeting the GMP dust-free production requirements. The fully enclosed chamber design avoids drug volatilization loss, making it particularly suitable for processing traditional Chinese medicine containing volatile oil components.
4. Low temperature protection mechanism
The high-speed airflow has its own cooling effect, and with the help of a low-temperature control system, the crushing temperature can be controlled below 8 ℃, retaining thermosensitive components (such as a 92.6% retention rate of volatile oil in myrrh). This feature is superior to traditional mechanical crushing methods.
