The maintenance of stainless steel sugar coating machine needs to be combined with equipment characteristics and production environment requirements. The specific methods can be divided into the following five key steps:
1. Daily cleaning standards
Thoroughly clean the sugar coated pot and its accessories after each use, and wipe off any remaining syrup or medicinal ingredients with a neutral detergent and a soft cloth. Pay special attention to the joint between the stirring blade and the pot body, and it is recommended to use medical alcohol for disinfection to avoid microbial growth. After cleaning, the equipment should be kept ventilated and dry to prevent water stains or rust spots from forming on the stainless steel surface.
2. Transmission system maintenance
Check the oil level of the gearbox of the reduction motor every month. It is recommended to use ISO VG68 industrial gear oil, and replace it with new oil after the first 300 hours of operation. Inject lithium based grease (NLGI grade 2) into the main bearing every quarter, with a grease injection amount not exceeding 2/3 of the bearing chamber volume. The tension of the synchronous belt needs to be checked regularly, and the sag should be controlled within the range of 5-8mm.
3. Electrical system protection
The control panel needs to be cleaned with anti-static cloth to prevent liquid from seeping into the PLC interface. It is recommended to install a 380V voltage regulator with a fluctuation range controlled within ± 5%. Test the emergency stop button function every month, and the response time should be ≤ 0.3 seconds.
4. Response to special working conditions
After processing the acidic sugar coating formula, neutralize the residue with a 5% sodium bicarbonate solution and rinse with clean water. When it is not used for more than 72 hours, the transmission components need to be removed, coated with rust proof oil, and covered with dust.
5. Annual deep maintenance
Including dynamic balance detection of sugar coated pot (amplitude ≤ 0.5mm), cleaning of hot air system duct (dust accumulation thickness ≤ 1mm), and testing of overall grounding resistance (≤ 4 Ω). It is recommended to entrust a professional organization to conduct flaw detection every two years, with a focus on identifying stress concentration areas in the welding seams of the pot body.
Wear a dust mask and goggles during operation, and do not reach into the sugar coated pot while it is rotating. It is recommended to use specialized polishing paste every quarter to restore the glossiness of Yaguang stainless steel surface.
