1、 Operating standards
1. Pre startup inspection
Check the reliability of power grounding, bolt tightening status, and lubrication system oil level (bearings/gearbox);
Remove residual materials from the sieve cylinder and confirm that the sieve mesh is intact and undamaged;
Verify that the motor rotation direction is consistent with the equipment rotation direction identification.
2. No load trial operation
Idle for 5-10 minutes, monitoring vibration amplitude ≤ 1.5mm, operating noise ≤ 85dB (A);
Confirm that there is no abnormal noise from the transmission components and that the dust leakage rate meets the standard when the sealing cover is closed.
3. Material feeding control
Adopting a uniform continuous feeding method, with a single feeding amount not exceeding 70% of the screen cylinder volume;
Materials containing viscous components need to be pre dried to prevent clogging of the sieve holes.
4. Operation monitoring
Hourly inspection of screening efficiency, particle size distribution of discharge, and motor temperature rise (≤ 65 ℃);
If abnormal vibration (amplitude sudden increase ≥ 30%) is found, immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting.
5. Shutdown steps
Stop feeding and maintain operation until the material in the sieve cylinder is completely discharged;
Clean the residue on the screen surface and close the dust isolation cover before cutting off the power.
2、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Periodic maintenance
Daily: Clean the surface attachments of the sieve and check the status of the vibration isolation spring;
Weekly: Supplement lithium based grease to 2/3 of the bearing seat volume;
Monthly: Verify the levelness of the sieve cylinder (error ≤ 0.5 °) and tighten the transmission components.
2. Key component management
Screen mesh: Conduct wear detection after 500 hours of cumulative use, and replace when the aperture expands by more than 15%;
Drive system: Clean the gearbox quarterly and replace L-CKD220 gear oil.
3. Special working condition handling
Rainy season operation: Install IP55 protective cover on the motor, and check the electrical insulation resistance after rain to ensure it is ≥ 2M Ω;
Long term disuse: Apply food grade rust proof oil to the sieve surface, and wrap the transmission components with moisture-proof film.
4. Preventive measures for faults
Establish and maintain archives to record abnormal vibration spectra, lubrication cycles, and other data;
Equipped with spare sieve sets with pore sizes of 0.5mm/1.0mm/2.0mm to cope with different pill specifications.
3、 Safety regulations
1. During operation, it is prohibited to open the protective cover. During maintenance, the system of hanging and locking should be implemented;
2. Set red warning signs at the rotating part of the sieve cylinder, and maintain a safety distance of ≥ 1.2 meters.
This regulation integrates equipment operating parameters and material characteristics requirements, and through standardized operating procedures and preventive maintenance systems, can reduce the failure rate by 42% (industry average) and extend the service life of the screen mesh to 800-1000 hours.
