1、 Instructions for use
1. The operator must confirm the precautions for this oven before operating the equipment.
2. Close the main power circuit breaker, the internal circulation fan protection circuit breaker, the exhaust fan protection circuit breaker, and the control power protection circuit breaker. Turn on the control power knob switch, and the power indicator light will turn on.
3. Put the materials into the oven and close the door.
4. Turn on the "fan on" knob switch, the fan should work normally, and check whether the fan rotation direction is consistent with the calibrated direction.
5. Set the normal operating parameters of the instrument.
6. Turn on the "heating on" knob switch, and the heating will be activated. At this point, the oven enters the heating stage.
7. When the temperature inside the box approaches the desired target value, the instrument will reduce its output and control the conduction and shutdown of the heating actuator to maintain the temperature inside the box within a certain range, achieving automatic control of the oven.
2、 Maintenance and upkeep
1. Use a soft cloth to clean the surface of the oven during commuting and keep it clean.
2. The oven should be wiped regularly to prevent corrosive substances from adhering to the inner liner, which may affect the service life of the oven.
3. The baking temperature must not exceed the specified temperature of this machine.
4. Do not block the air ducts and vents to ensure normal air supply.
5. If any abnormal sound is heard during the baking process, stop working immediately and check the motor and impeller to avoid burning out the motor.
6. After baking items at high temperatures, the main switch should not be turned off immediately. The fan switch should be turned on to dissipate the heat before turning off the oven to prevent local deformation caused by heat.
7. The electrical control box should be regularly inspected. Due to the frequent on-off of the electric contactor, it should be replaced regularly to prevent the contact from burning out and biting. The electric power supply cannot be cut off, and the temperature inside the furnace will rise, which will damage the product.
