1. Place the host steadily, open the oil cap, and add lubricating oil to the gearbox to the oil mark.

2. Move the spray bracket to the right side of the main unit, place the spray gun in the main unit pot, and adjust it to a reasonable position. Add coating solution to the liquid cup.

3. Connect the power supply, turn on the main engine speed control switch, and adjust the main engine speed and rotation direction.

4. Connect the gas and liquid pipes to add liquid to the liquid cup, turn on the gas and liquid switches, and adjust the mist amplitude and direction of the spray gun and the local seepage of the ground page.

5. Align the hair dryer mouth with the pot mouth to adjust the heating temperature and direction.

6. After the preparation of the above processes is completed, start the main motor and let the machine idle for 2 minutes to determine if there is a fault. After confirming that everything is normal, you can start the air compressor with an air pressure of about 4-6kg/cm3.

7. Feeding: Pour the tablet core to be coated into the coating roller, and fix the gun bracket and spray gun into the pot.

8. Turn on the power switch, and if necessary, turn on the air supply and internal heating switches, and coat the materials.

9. Discharge: Turn the spray gun and blower out of the drum, remove the coating pot, and pour out the material.
