Precautions for using reciprocating cutting machine:
1. For normal use, lubricating oil or grease should be added to all moving parts every other day or for the first time after discontinuation. The amount of oil added should be limited to no dripping (to prevent contamination of medicinal materials, edible oil can be used for lubrication).
2. There should be no hard objects such as metal or stones in the material to avoid damaging the cutting blade and conveyor belt.
3. Excessive water can accelerate the aging of equipment and affect its service life. Please avoid working with water.
4. The working environment temperature cannot be lower than 0 '; C， Otherwise, the conveyor belt is prone to slipping and tearing when encountering a cut.
5. The interval, eccentricity, and five-star wheel between the blade and the discharge port are determined and adjusted by a dedicated person.
6. During operation, the material on the lower side of the conveyor belt should be cleaned in a timely manner to prevent sticky material from reaching the lower side of the cutter and cutting off the conveyor belt, which may cause the conveyor belt to shift to the right.
7. During operation, sometimes the conveyor belt may not move or the cutting size may be too small, usually due to the conveyor belt slipping. Please tighten the conveyor belt (do not tighten the conveyor belt too tightly if it does not slip). Sometimes the cutting size is larger than the set, please adjust the position of the eccentricity.
8. If the equipment stops during operation and needs maintenance, the "Equipment Operation Card" should be removed and the "Equipment Maintenance Card" should be attached; If the equipment is under maintenance, a "equipment maintenance card" should be hung; Equipment that is temporarily not in use due to changes in production structure or other reasons should be labeled with an "equipment shutdown card".
