The vacuum packaging machine extracts air from the packaging bag through a vacuum system and uses heat sealing technology to achieve sealing. Its process principle can be divided into three stages:
1. Gas stage: The vacuum pump starts to extract gas from the bag, and the pressure sensor monitors the vacuum degree in real time;
2. Heat sealing stage: After reaching the set vacuum degree, the heating element is electrified to fuse the sealing area, and at the same time, the pressure strip is pressed to ensure the sealing performance;
3. Cooling stage: After the heat sealing is completed, the pressure strip continues to apply pressure. After cooling for 2-3 seconds, the release valve is opened to restore normal pressure.
This technology is widely used in the food industry (such as preservation and moisture prevention of meat and nuts), anti oxidation packaging of electronic components, and sterile packaging in the pharmaceutical field. Its core advantage lies in significantly extending product shelf life and maintaining quality stability by isolating oxygen and moisture.
The graded control (low/medium/high vacuum) of the vacuum system is adapted to different needs, such as mechanical pumps for rough pumping, while molecular pumps are used in ultra-high vacuum environments, and can be automatically adjusted with PLC.
