1、 Daily maintenance and cleaning
1. Surface and internal cleaning
After daily use, use a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the equipment, remove dust and oil stains, and avoid chemical cleaning agents corroding the components. Focus on cleaning the heating element, drive belt, and shrink film contact area to prevent residue from affecting the packaging effect.
Thoroughly clean the internal dust accumulation every week, use a vacuum cleaner to clean electrical components and ventilation openings, and ensure proper heat dissipation.
2. Lubrication management
Add specialized lubricating oil to transmission components such as chains, bearings, and gears every month to reduce friction losses; The connection and shaft of the heating rod should be regularly coated with high-temperature resistant grease.
3. Film roll and tension adjustment
Check the tension balance rod and feeding wheel of the shrink film daily, adjust them to ensure that the film material is flat and free of wrinkles, and avoid film running or tearing.
2、 Key component inspection and replacement
1. Heating system maintenance
Calibrate the temperature of heating elements (such as electric heating tubes and heat sealing knives) weekly to ensure that the set value is consistent with the actual temperature and prevent overheating or loose sealing.
Check the insulation layer of the heating film every quarter, and replace it if it is damaged to prevent short circuits.
2. Transmission component inspection
Monthly inspection of mechanical structures such as worm gears, worms, bolts, etc., observing for wear or looseness, and promptly repairing or replacing abnormal components.
3. Electrical system safety
Regularly check the connection status of wires, switches, and control panels to ensure no aging or poor contact; The grounding device needs to be tested monthly to prevent the risk of electrical leakage.
3、 Regular deep maintenance
1. Monthly maintenance
Disassemble and clean components that are prone to powder accumulation, such as the rotating drum and feeding gear, to prevent residue from affecting operational accuracy.
Check the smoothness of the gearbox and motor operation, and eliminate any potential noise or vibration hazards.
2. Annual comprehensive maintenance
Perform performance calibration on the entire machine, including sealing blade position, sensor sensitivity, and program parameters; Replace severely worn seals, bearings, and other consumables to restore the factory precision of the equipment.
4、 Operating environment and standards
1. Environmental requirements
The equipment should be placed indoors in a dry and non corrosive gas environment, with a recommended ambient temperature of -10 ℃~50 ℃ and humidity below 85%.
2. Usage standards
To avoid overload operation, turn off the heating system before cutting off the power when shutting down.
Emergency faults require immediate shutdown and contact with professionals. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble core components by oneself.
By implementing graded maintenance (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections) and standardized operations, the lifespan of equipment can be extended while ensuring the stability of packaging quality.
