Common problems and troubleshooting of fermentation tanks:
1. Temperature control malfunction
Possible reason: The main water valve of the tank is not open
Solution: Open the main water valve of the large tank body
2. Decreased ventilation volume
Possible cause: Bacterial blockage of the exhaust pipe
Solution: Manually rotating the exhaust valve
3. Abnormal increase in air filter pressure
Possible cause: Water stored in the air filter
Solution: Open the filter drain valve
Emergency response methods for accidents:
1. Power outage
Firstly, turn off the air compressor to prevent sudden power supply. Shut down the host control unit and host. Try to maintain tank pressure and temperature as much as possible. After the power is restored, turn on the host, control unit, and workstation in sequence, and turn on the air compressor after the pressure drops to zero
2. During the sterilization process, the tailpipe may be thrown out or the pipeline interface may rupture
Try to close the steam main valve, shut down the steam generator, and turn off the power. Personnel should evacuate to a safe area, cool down, and then re fix the tailpipe or replace the corresponding pipeline.
