Fully automatic 3D mixers are widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, and chemicals, achieving efficient and uniform mixing of materials through 3D motion. However, long-term use or improper operation can easily cause problems with the equipment and affect production. The common problems and solutions of fully automatic 3D mixer are as follows:
1. Transmission shaft malfunction
Performance: Abnormal operation, vibration, or breakage.
Solution: Immediately stop the machine for inspection, tighten loose parts or replace damaged transmission shafts; If lacking professional skills, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer for repair.
2. Uneven mixing
Reason: Unreasonable design of the mixing blade, improper speed setting, or high material viscosity.
Solution: Adjust the shape/quantity of the stirring blade according to the material characteristics, optimize the speed parameters, or pre treat to reduce viscosity.
3. Leakage problem
Reason: Aging of seals, insufficient cylinder pressure, or unclosed discharge door.
Solution: Replace the sealing ring, check the cylinder pressure (≥ 0.6MPa), and ensure that the discharge door linkage mechanism is not stuck.
4. Bearing overheating
Reason: Uneven installation, insufficient lubrication, or uneven motor rotor.
Solution: Correct the level of the bearing seat, add lubricating oil according to the standard (bearing space 70% -80%), and calibrate the motor concentricity.
5. Excessive vibration of the equipment
Reason: Unbalanced mixing blade, loose base, or worn bearings.
Solution: Rebalance the mixing blade, tighten the base bolts, and replace worn bearings.
6. Hydraulic system oil leakage
Reason: Damaged seals or excessive pressure.
Solution: Replace the hydraulic seal and check if the system pressure is within the rated range.
