The maintenance of pure steam generators should cover multidimensional measures such as cleaning management, key component inspection, water quality control, and safe operation. The specific methods are as follows:
1、 Daily cleaning and inspection
1. External cleaning: Clean the equipment casing daily with a neutral cleaning agent to avoid surface damage from corrosive solvents.
2. Internal cleaning:
Clean up carbon deposits in the combustion chamber: remove carbon deposits monthly (shorten the hard water area to 15 days);
Scale treatment: Use 10% citric acid to cycle and clean for 30 minutes to dissolve calcium and magnesium scales;
Maintenance of water level gauge: Rinse once per shift, and wipe the electrode with anhydrous ethanol every week.
Pipeline cleaning: Regularly check the blockage of the liquid phase pipeline and clean up impurities in the float valve.
Pollutant discharge management: Open the discharge valve for 3 seconds under a pressure of 0.3MPa daily to flush the slag, and conduct comprehensive discharge at least once a week.
2、 Key component maintenance
1. Security system verification:
The safety valve should be manually started and tripped at least twice a week, and the reset time should be less than 2 seconds;
The pressure gauge should be calibrated monthly, and if the shutdown deviation exceeds 0.01MPa, it should be replaced immediately.
2. Sealing and Insulation:
Check the aging of the sealing ring (replace the silicone fluororubber material after ≤ 2000 hours of use);
Ensure that the insulation material is intact and replace it promptly when it is damaged.
Heating element detection: Measure the resistance value of the electric heating tube every month, and replace it if the deviation is greater than 10% (such as the standard value of 16 Ω for 3kW tubes).
3、 Water quality control
1. Inlet requirements: Hardness should be ≤ 0.03mmol/L, and ultra hard water sources should be equipped with reverse osmosis devices;
2. Water quality monitoring: Daily monitoring of soft/pure water quality, and replenishment of purified water after regular discharge;
3. Condensed water recovery: recovery rate>85%, equipped with iron removal device to prevent metal pollution.
4、 Safe operation and fault response
1. Operating standards:
Cold start requires injecting water to the standard water level before powering on, and dry burning is strictly prohibited;
Do not disassemble fasteners when the pressure is greater than 0.1MPa.
2. Emergency response to malfunction:
Abnormal heating: immediately check the resistance of the electric heating tube and replace the faulty component;
Out of control water level: Disassemble the magnetic flip column level gauge to remove rust and calibrate the electrode sensitivity;
Ignition failure: Clean the gas nozzle and check the impedance of the solenoid valve coil (standard 30 ± 2 Ω).
5、 Regular maintenance and compliance
1. Electrical system: Tighten terminals monthly (4mm ² cable torque ≥ 1.2N · m), grounding resistance ≤ 4 Ω;
2. Emission compliance:
The pH of the pickling waste liquid needs to be neutralized to 6-8 before it can be discharged;
In 2025, gas-fired equipment is required to undergo quarterly NOx emission testing (key areas ≤ 20mg/m ³).
3. Annual maintenance: Conduct 1.5 times pressure testing on pressure bearing components and replace aging parts.
Systematic maintenance can extend equipment lifespan and reduce the risk of unplanned downtime. Operators need regular training to ensure familiarity with equipment operation and emergency procedures.
