1、 Preparation before operation
1. Equipment and environmental inspection
Check the appearance of the equipment body, valves, and pipelines for any damage, and ensure that the fasteners are not loose;
Confirm that the operating area is clean and free of debris, and that the ventilation and smoke exhaust devices are functioning properly;
Check if the power wiring, grounding status, and control cabinet instrument display are normal.
2. Preparation of media and raw materials
Use distilled water or deionized water to ensure that the water conductivity is ≤ 2 μ s/cm;
Confirm that the status of the raw water valve and industrial steam valve is normal, and there is no leakage in the pipeline.
3. Security Attachment Verification
Check the sensitivity and reliability of safety accessories such as pressure gauges, safety valves, water level gauges, and drain valves;
Confirm that the automatic water replenishment device is functioning properly and the water level control is within the specified range.
2、 Start operation
1. Initial operation steps
Connect the power supply, open the raw water valve and steam valve, press the water pump start button to enter the preheating state;
Slowly open the industrial steam main valve, and after the condensate is drained, close the drain valve and adjust the pressure to 0.25-0.35MPa.
2. Automatic operation control
Adjust the raw water pressure to around 0.3MPa, and the equipment will enter automatic operation mode;
Observe the liquid level changes, and when the liquid level is below 1/2 of the observation mirror, the water pump will automatically start to replenish water.
3、 Operation monitoring
1. Parameter monitoring
Continuously monitor pressure, temperature, flow rate, and water level to ensure stability within a safe range;
Record the pressure gauge reading and immediately shut down for troubleshooting in case of any abnormalities.
2. Exception handling
When the pressure is ≥ 0.3MPa, the pneumatic valve will automatically close, and when the pressure is ≤ 0.2MPa, it will reopen;
When leaks, instrument abnormalities, or safety valve actions are detected, follow the emergency shutdown procedure.
4、 Shutdown operation
1. Normal shutdown process
Close the raw water valve and industrial steam valve, and cut off the power supply;
Open the drain valve to drain the accumulated water and clean the residue inside the equipment.
2. Equipment cooling and maintenance
After the equipment cools down naturally, clean the casing and pipelines, check the aging of seals and circuits;
Long term disuse requires emptying the water storage tank to avoid corrosion.
5、 Safety precautions
1. Operating standards
Operators need to receive professional training and wear protective equipment;
Maintenance or disassembly of components is prohibited during operation.
2. Maintenance cycle
Regularly inspect pipeline interfaces, wire connection points, and compressed air supply systems;
Clean the evaporator and heat exchanger quarterly to prevent scaling from affecting efficiency.
