Innovation of Lighting System and Structure for Layer Illumination Incubator
The layer illumination incubator adopts a layered independent lighting design, with adjustable light sources (usually LED or fluorescent lamps) on each layer, achieving differentiated lighting control for different cultivation layers through vertical light path distribution. Its core advantage lies in the ability to simultaneously meet the personalized needs of multiple biological samples for photoperiod and light quality, such as simulating strong light conditions in the upper layer for plant photosynthesis research, and setting a weak light environment in the lower layer for mushroom cultivation. The box adopts a mirror stainless steel inner liner and modular compartment design, which is convenient for disinfection, cleaning and space reorganization.
Intelligent Control and Security Assurance
The device integrates a multi parameter programming system, supports segmented setting of parameters such as light intensity, temperature and humidity, and can be networked for remote monitoring and data export. In terms of safety protection, mechanical locks are configured to prevent misoperation, combined with over temperature power-off and UV sterilization functions to ensure long-term stability during operation. The compressor adopts a delayed start protection mechanism to avoid equipment loss caused by frequent start stop.

Agricultural research: used for seed germination rate comparison experiments, optimizing seedling cultivation effects by setting different light qualities (such as red and blue light combinations) in layers;
