Equipped with a 5-inch high-definition touch screen, it displays real-time set temperature, actual temperature, timing progress, fan speed, and program running status, with a simple and intuitive operation interface. The system supports multi-level password protection, effectively preventing unauthorized operations, ensuring the safety and controllability of the experimental process, and has a calendar time reservation start function to achieve unmanned automated operation.
2、 Precise temperature control and thermal field optimization design
Adopting the rear independent preheating chamber technology, the air is heated and directly connected to the working chamber, greatly reducing the heating time (such as the BXH-65S model, which only takes 17 minutes to heat up to 150 ℃). By combining P.I.D simulation control algorithm with air duct opening design, a temperature fluctuation of ± 0.3 ℃ and cavity uniformity of ± 1.9 ℃~± 2.5 ℃ were achieved under 150 ℃ operating conditions. Supporting 30 segments of 99 cycle program programming, it can accurately control the heating/cooling rate (such as 1 ℃ per minute) to meet complex process requirements such as material phase transition research.
3、 Industrial grade safety protection mechanism
Equipped with a dual over temperature protection system: real-time monitoring by the main temperature sensor, combined with independent physical temperature control switches to form redundant protection. The intelligent risk control system supports 5-10 stage fan speed regulation (to prevent dust dispersion) and 10 stage electric air door adjustment, optimizing ventilation efficiency. After the operation is completed, the rapid cooling program will be automatically triggered to avoid the risk of high temperature retention.

The built-in storage system can record 4 million pieces of temperature data, and export non modifiable format files through a USB flash drive, which meets GMP/FDA audit traceability requirements. Standard configuration includes dual RS485 and USB interfaces, compatible with printers (curve printing), GMP monitoring software, and GPRS remote alarm system.
