1、 Pre preparation stage

2、 Heating stage
►Activate the heating systemAfter starting the heating system, the oven heats up at a preset rate, and the temperature sensor monitors the temperature in real time and feeds it back to the control system. The system automatically adjusts the heating power to ensure a smooth temperature rise.

3、 Constant temperature stage

4、 Cooling stage
►Activate the cooling systemAfter the constant temperature control is completed, the system automatically starts the cooling system, cools down at a preset rate, and the temperature sensor continuously monitors and feeds back data to avoid rapid cooling affecting the material.

5、 Material retrieval and subsequent processing stage
►Temperature confirmation and material retrievalAfter the temperature drops to the safe range, the system prompts for material retrieval. After confirming the temperature, the operator opens the box door and takes out the material rack, wearing protective equipment when retrieving the material.
►Material inspection and equipment cleaningCheck the quality of the processed materials, record any abnormal situations, clean the oven workshop, then close the door and cut off the power to complete the process.
